Great place with ski-out ski-in. Fine food at a beautiful location. Rooms were clean only the ski room was very crowdy

The cons: 4* hotel with ski room from “1985”. Not possible to dry your boots or lock them in a locker. Overchlorinated pool, my swimming suit lost their colour and I I could still smell chlorine from my body for a few days. Even though I didn't ask for it, I was charged a fee for the so-called “ Tessera club”. Be careful with that! The pros: Good position, good meal, clean rooms, friendly waiters.

I've been to this hotel twice and will definitely come back. Beautiful place, beautiful views, great hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, very good food. The hotel has a swimming pool and saunas, located right next to the slope. I recommend it.

The best place in the world! Good vibes, excellent staff and manager! Amazing views and delicious food. Great location and neighborhood. I felt at home there. I could not complain about anything. would love to go back there and repeat this adventure.

Stayed at the Park hotel booked with Crystal ski half board with flights, transfers and ski pass. First impression was good as we entered the foyer and and straight to reception. busy hotel all ages of guests and quite a few children. The staff were attentive and informative and spoke good English. Details exchanged for room key door locks on closing. I had a single room with enough storage space and a tv. The bathroom was well appointed with hot water all day, bath with shower plumbed in large wash basin and bidet. Firm mattress. Sheets, pillow cases and towels changed regularly. Dining room opens at 7.30 am and 7.30 pm Breakfast and Dinner are offered on a self service basis with some serving stations. Great variety of dishes with serving platters regularly topped up. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. We liked the food. It seems like a bun fight at first but the guests were polite which include families large groups couples and some singles All mostly Italian, Slovenian and Polish with a few English dotted about. Nice selection of wines. Lounge area adjoining the reception was comfortable with enough seating. It gets quite loud in the evening with large groups chatting away. Small bar with good selection. Spa area quiet between 10-12 am but busy between 4- 6 pm. Swimming pool caps cost 3 euros charged to your room as is water at the dining room table at 5 euros plus tax at 3.5 euros per day. Boot room is small for the number of guests but once you get used to the hustle at 8.15-8.45 its manageable, some unlockable storage, No boot heating. Path straight onto the slope or a transit bus. You can keeps your boots and skis in your room but its awkward with the stairs and lifts. We kept three sets of skis and poles in one boot room locker which was assigned to my room number. Hotel is isolated and its a twenty minute path walk down to Folgarida which is quiet with a supermarket and bar. Folgarida seems like a collection of large hotels along an uphill winding road. No book swap and lounge area closed during the day. Cleaners are everywhere! The ski area is compact for a 150 km and the lifts are excellent, ques move quickly and there is no pushing or shoving we had a full blue sky week and the pistes are very well maintained with plenty of cannons The mountain restaurants all have fast food stations and get busy but no issue for us. I would stay here again for one week.

Reasonable hotel - beds ok (not great) with huge moulded head boards that make it impossible to sit up. Clean and good bathrooms. Food mostly mediocre with the occasional nice dish/dessert. Ski in/out works well. Sauna/steamroom/jacuzzi/pool a nice experience. Ungenerous offer - not welcoming; no welcome drink, no apres-ski cake, half-board but water 5E every meal. A bit petty. 80% Italian, 20% Polish but English spoken by all staff. Middle of nowhere-not possible to eat out, no bus after 5pm. Top tip - get up the mountain before 9:30, head up to Vigo and then into the Madonna valley where the queues are much less. Otherwise you are facing 25min queues with the ski schools. Folgarida is a bit of a bottleneck.
